CO2纯水抗静電(diàn)处理(lǐ)系统是专门解决因纯水高阻抗引起的静電(diàn)效应问题，此系统使用(yòng)特殊过滤膜让二氧化碳进入纯水中(zhōng)混合使纯水的電(diàn)阻值能(néng)被控制在0.2-2Mohm-cm。不像传统方式将CO2气體(tǐ)或金属镁直接溶入纯水中(zhōng)而产(chǎn)生二次污染，MEGCON的优点是不会产(chǎn)生二次污染及气泡。

Is an ideal solution to the problem of electrostatic damage caused by ultrapure water . The system uses a special membrane to dissolve carbon dioxide (CO2) into ultrapure water and the resistivity level can be freely controlled between 0.2-2Mohm-cm.Unlike conventional methods of dissolving CO2 gas or metallic magnesium directly into ultrapure water ,the MEGCON does not cause any secondary contamination or bubbling.
